Datascan has been a leader in the inventory processing industry for the past 40 years, 35 countries worldwide. Founded in 1970 as an inventory calculating service, we quickly grew to become the largest manual calculating service in the country.
As the company grew, Datascan began to shift its focus away from manual inventory to enhancing scanned inventories. In 1996, a client request spurred the company to develop a system that transmits data via modems – eliminating the need for notebook PCs during inventory. In 2010 we introduced our custom designed scanners. No other scanning company has the same technology we have. Because our technology is patented this keeps us ahead of the competition. Most importantly it helps our clients bottom-line!
